Refund policy

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All CB Threads Co. products are custom-made or made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, colors, designs, names, or numbers selected by the customer.

Please carefully review all sizes, spelling, colors, quantities, jersey numbers, and customization details before submitting your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or CB Threads Co. made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Approved claims may be corrected with a replacement or another appropriate solution. Refunds will only be issued when a replacement cannot be provided or when otherwise required by law.

SIZE AND COLOR VARIATIONS

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please review the available size chart before ordering. Slight variations in garment color, print placement, and design color may occur due to differences in product batches, screens, and the handmade nature of each item. These minor variations are not considered defects.

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
